    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee recommends S.B. 36, DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING ACT AMENDMENTS, by Senator S. Howell, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 36, DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING ACT AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 13:    Delete "PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE FINE AND"

2.     Page 1, Line 14:    Delete "CITATION AUTHORITY; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT;"

3.     Page 1, Line 25:    Delete line 25
