    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 69, MATCHING FUNDS FOR HIGHWAYS, by Senator S. Howell, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 5:    Delete "$30,000,000" and insert "$3,000,000"

2.    Page 1, Line 12:    Delete "$30,000,000" and insert "$3,000,000"

3.    Page 1, Line 23:    After "nonlapsing" insert "until June 30, 2001"
