NOTICE OF BILL RETURNED TO SECRETARY OF SENATE

Mr. President:

    The Revenue and Taxation Committee has returned S.B. 91, TOURISM, RECREATION, CULTURAL, AND CONVENTION TAX AMENDMENTS, by Senator N. Tanner, to the Secretary of the Senate with the following amendments:
1.     Page 2, Line 6    After Line 6 insert:
        "(b) in addition to the purposes described in Subsection (2)    (a), a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class may use the revenue in funding public expenses incurred as a direct result of tourism in that county."
