    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 105, UTAH CENTENNIAL OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM FOR EDUCATION ACT AMENDMENT, by Senator L. McAllister, with the following amendments:

    Page 1, Line 10: After "A" delete "$300,000" and insert "$200,000"
    Page 2, Line 19: After "1998-99," delete "$300,000" and insert "$200,000"
