Senator Blackham proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 20-22:    Delete the brackets and reinstate existing language

2.    Page 1, Line 23:    Delete the bracket and reinstate existing language, and delete "Foster"

3.    Page 2, Lines 1-3:    Delete the brackets and reinstate existing language

4.    Page 3, Line 22:    After "(a)" insert "within appropriations from the Legislature,"

5.    Page 4, Line 15:    After "(1)" bracket "Foster" and insert "Within appropriations from the Legislature, foster"

6.    Page 5, Line 2:    Delete the bracket and reinstate existing language

7.    Page 5, Line 3:    Delete the bracket and reinstate existing language, and delete "Periodic"

8.    Page 6, Lines 17-19:    Delete the brackets and reinstate existing language.
