Representative Valentine proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 1: After "court" insert "." and delete and bracket the remainder of line 1
2. Page 3, Lines 2-4: Delete and bracket all of lines 2 through 4
3. Page 3, Line 5: Delete "Subsection (b)" and insert "Subsections (b) and (c)"
4. Page 3, Line 17: After line 17 insert a new subsection as follows:
"(c) Upon the request of the petitioner, the court may waive the postplacement adoptive evaluation, unless it determines that it is in the best interest of the child to require the postplacement evaluation."
