House Floor Amendments

Representative Adair proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 1:    After "COLLEGE" delete "SOUTH" and insert "ARTICULATION AGREEMENTS"

2.    Page 1, Lines 18-24:    Delete lines 18-24 and insert the following:
        "OF ARTICULATION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN SNOW COLLEGE AND SEVIER VALLEY APPLIED TECHNOLOGY CENTER."

3.    Page 1, Line 28:    Delete line 28

4.    Page 2, Lines 3-31:    After " 53B-16-205." delete the rest of line 3 and lines 4 through 31 and insert the following:
         "Articulation Agreements between Snow College and Sevier Valley Applied Technology Center.
        (1) Snow College and Sevier Valley Applied Technology Center shall enter into articulation agreements for the purpose of providing transferability of designated postsecondary credits earned at the applied technology center to Snow College.
        (2) The institutions shall work with the joint liaison committee established under Section 53A-1-501 in designing and implementing the articulation agreements."

5.    Page 3, Lines 1-11:    Delete lines 1-11
