Senator Leonard Blackham proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 6, Line 15:    After line 15 insert:

        "(i) perform a study to determine the benefits and feasibility of connecting the proposed withdrawn area to the municipality's water system;"

2.    Page 6, Line 16:    At the beginning of line 16 delete "(i)" and insert "(ii)"

3.    Page 6, Line 17:    At the beginning of line 17 delete "(ii)" and insert "(iii)"

4.    Page 9, Lines 7-8:    Delete lines 7 and 8
