         WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE AMENDMENTS

Representative WRIGHT proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 27:    After "partnership," delete "limited liability company,"

2.    Page 3, Line 28:    After "director," insert "or" and after "partner" delete ", or member"

3.    Page 4, Line 4:    Delete "or"

4.    Page 4, Line 5:    After line 5 insert "(VII) nephew;"

5.    Page 4, Line 6:    After "through" delete "(VI); and" and insert "(VII); (C) an individual who is similar to those listed in Subsections (4)(a)(ii)(A) or (B) as defined by rules of the commission; and"

6.    Page 4, Lines 19-22:    Delete lines 19-22 and insert:
        "(B) the agricultural employer maintains insurance that covers job-related injuries of the employer's non-immediate family employees in at least the following amounts:
        (I) $300,000 liability insurance, as defined in Section 31A-1-301; and
        (II) $5,000 for medical, hospital, and surgical benefits as described in Subsection 31A-1-301(50)(a)(ii)."
