Senator Blackham proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 1: After " FOR" delete " COUNTY"
2. Page 1, Line 6: After "COUNTIES" insert "AND OTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENTS" and after "APPROPRIATING" delete "$250,000" and insert "$175,000"
3. Page 1, Line 7: After "DISTRIBUTE TO" insert "COUNTIES AND OTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AS MATCHING FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LAND USE PLANS AND TO"
4. Page 1, Line 8: After "WORKSHOPS ON" delete "COUNTY" and after "LAND PLANNING" delete "AND TO COUNTIES AS"
5. Page 1, Line 9: Delete "MATCHING FUNDS FOR TRAINING IN PLANNING"
6. Page 1, Line 14: After "counties" insert "and other local governments"
