1.    Page 3, Line 2:    After ";" delete "and"

2.    Page 3, Line 5:    After "rural areas" delete "." and insert "; and"

3.    Page 3, Line 5:    After Line 5 insert:
        "(iv) any other issues the task force determines are important to study in order to carry out its duties."
