Representative Buckner proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 15:    Delete "13" and insert "15"

2.    Page 1, Line 26:    After "association;" delete "and"

3.    Page 2, Line 1:    After "association" delete "." and insert
        "; and
        (j) one full-time law enforcement officer who serves as a patrol officer and one full-time firefighter whose regular duty is direct involvement in fire suppression, both of whom shall be appointed by the members appointed under Subsections (1)(a) through (i)."
