Senator Evans proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 12:    Delete "LICENSE" and insert "CERTIFICATE"

2.    Page 3, Line 18:    Delete "an agency" and insert "a public or private organization which provides mental health therapy while"

2.    Page 4, Line 3:    After "therapy" insert a comma

3.    Page 4, Line 10:    Delete " license" and insert " certificate"

4.    Page 4, Line 12:    Delete "license" and insert "certificate"

5.    Page 4, Line 13:    Delete "title" and insert "chapter"

6.    Page 4, Line 16:    Delete "and"

7.    Page 4, Line 18:    After "jurisdiction" insert:

        "and;
        (e) is an employee of a public or private organization which provides mental health therapy"

8.    Page 4, Line 19:    Delete "license" and insert "certificate"

9.    Page 4, Line 21:    Delete "license" and insert "certificate"

10.    Page 4, Line 22:    Delete "practicing under " and insert "issued" and delete "license issued" and insert "certificate" and after "may" insert "practice as if licensed but"

11.    Page 4, Line 23:    Delete "practice"
