Lilac 2-24-98: After "legislation to" insert ": (i)"
2. Page 4, Line 25
Lilac 2-24-98: After line 25 insert "(ii) address the value of any interests the state holds in the quasi-governmental entity and whether the state should receive compensation for those interests as part of privatization; and"
