Senator Craig A. Peterson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 14 and 15: Delete "as provided in Section 26-23-10, or"
2. Page 1, Line 26: After "(c)" insert "(i) beginning July 1, 1998, for an infant born in a hospital with 100 or more live births annually,"
After "hearing loss" insert "; and (ii) beginning July 1, 1999, for an infant born in a setting other than a hospital with 100 or more live births annually, hearing loss"
3. Page 2, Line 13: Delete "notify" and insert "ensure"
After "parents" insert "are notified"
