Representative VALENTINE proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7
    Goldenrod 2-25-98:    After "PROVISIONS;" delete "AND" and after "DEFINITIONS" insert "; AND PROVIDING A COORDINATION CLAUSE"

2.    Page 4, Line 13:    After line 13 insert:
        "Section 4. Coordination clause.
        If this bill and 4th Substitute S.B. 76, Insurance Law Changes, both pass, it is the intent of the Legislature that the amendments to Section 31A-22-314 in 4th Substitute S.B. 76, Insurance Law Changes, supersede the amendments to Section 31A-22-314 in this bill."
