Senator Evans proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 17-19: After "(2)" delete the remainder of lines 17 through 19 and insert:
"A person who violates this section shall serve, in jail or another correctional facility:
(a) 90 consecutive days for a second offense; and
(b) 180 consecutive days for each subsequent offense.
