Senator McAllister proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "MUNICIPALITIES" delete "AND COUNTIES"

2.    Page 5, Line 24:    Delete "(i)" and bracket the remainder of line 24

3.    Page 5, Line 25:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(i)"

4.    Page 5, Line 27:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(ii)"

5.    Page 5, Line 31:    After "and decide" insert ": (a) appeals from zoning decisions applying the zoning ordinance; and
        (b)"

6.    Page 15, Line 3:    Delete "(i)" and bracket the remainder of line 3

7.    Page 15, Line 4:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(i)"

8.    Page 15, Line 6:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(ii)"

9.    Page 15, Line 10:    After "and decide" insert ": (a) appeals from zoning decisions applying the zoning ordinance; and
