Senator McAllister proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Line 2:    After "If the" delete "municipality" and insert "planning commission"

2.    Page 3, Line 3:    At the beginning of line 3 delete "that" and insert "the"

3.    Page 12, Line 26:    After "If the" delete "county" and insert "planning commission" and after "within" delete "that" and insert "the"

4.    Page 12, Line 29:    After "adjacent" delete "municipality" and insert "county"

5.    Page 12, Line 30:    After "proposed;" delete "and"

6.    Page 12, Line 31:    After "adjacent" delete "municipality" and insert "county; and
        (iii) the legislative body of each municipality in which any of the property within the specified distance is located"
