    Goldenrod 2-13-98:    Delete "Unless" and insert "If" and after "body" delete "otherwise provides" and insert "delegates the authority"

2.    Page 5, Line 22
    Goldenrod 2-13-98:    After "adjustment" bracket "shall" and insert "may"

3.    Page 14, Line 31:    Delete "Unless" and insert "If" and after "body" delete "otherwise provides" and insert "delegates the authority"

4.    Page 15, Line 1
    Goldenrod 2-13-98:    After "adjustment" bracket "shall" and insert "may"
