Senator MYRIN proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 7
    Goldenrod 2-25-98:    Delete "and" and after line 7 insert:
        "(vii) two individuals appointed by the Utah State Fire Chiefs Association, as follows:
        (A) one representing fire services; and
        (B) one representing emergency medical services; and"

2.    Page 5, Line 8
    Goldenrod 2-25-98:    Delete "(vii)" and insert "(viii)"

3.    Page 10, Line 19:    After "state" insert "and local"

4.    Page 10, Line 20:    After "state" insert "or local"
