Senator John P. Holmgren proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 9:     After line 9 insert the following:
        "(6) "Location request assignment" means a number assigned to a proposed excavation by an association or operator upon receiving notice of the proposed excavation from the excavator."
        
         Renumber remaining subsections.

2.    Page 4, Line 1:    After "for" delete "the same" and insert "a" and afer "excavation" insert " designated by the same location request assignment"
