UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT AMENDMENTS
1999 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS; EXTENDING THE SUNSET DATE FOR THE
UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
AMENDS:
63-55-261, as last amended by Chapter 59, Laws of Utah 1998
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Section 63-55-261 is amended to read:
63-55-261. Repeal dates, Title 61.
Title 61, Chapter 1, Utah Uniform Securities Act, is repealed July 1, [1999] 2009.
