                  AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $79,000 TO THE OFFICE
                  OF VETERANS AFFAIRS AS UTAH'S DONATION TO THE WORLD WAR II VETERAN'S
                  MONUMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
                  This act enacts uncodified material.
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Appropriation.
                      There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000, $79,000 to the
                  Office of Veterans Affairs, Department of Community and Economic Development for Utah's
                  donation to the World War II memorial to be constructed in Washington, D.C.
                      Section 2. Effective date.
                      This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.
