             6      AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY; ALLOWING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC ENTITIES
             7      TO OFFER DRIVER TRAINING INSTRUCTION TO NONFULL TIME STUDENTS.
             8      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             9      AMENDS:
             10          53-3-503, as renumbered and amended by Chapter 234, Laws of Utah 1993
             11      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             12          Section 1. Section 53-3-503 is amended to read:
             13           53-3-503. Exemption for college, university, and high school programs.
             14          This part does not apply to any [person giving] driver training [lessons to schools]
             15      instruction given in any school or [classes conducted] class offered by [colleges, universities, and]
             16      or given under the direction of a private or public college, university, or high [schools] school for
             17      [regularly enrolled full-time] students as a part of the [normal] instructional program for the
             18      [institutions] institution.
