5 AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES; AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF VINTAGE
6 VEHICLES.
7 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
8 AMENDS:
9 41-21-1, as last amended by Chapter 218, Laws of Utah 1992
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Section 41-21-1 is amended to read:
12 41-21-1. Vintage vehicle defined.
13 "Vintage vehicle" means a motor vehicle that is [40] 25 years old or older, from the current
14 year, primarily a collector's item, and used for participation in club activities, exhibitions, tours,
15 parades, occasional transportation, and similar uses, but that is not used for general daily
16 transportation.
