             6      AN ACT RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AND CRIMINAL LAW;
             7      APPROPRIATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY $300,000 FOR FISCAL
             8      YEAR 1999-2000, FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
             9      PRECURSOR AND CLANDESTINE DRUG LAB LAWS.
             10      This act enacts uncodified material.
             11      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             12          Section 1. Appropriation.
             13          Except as provided in H.B. 4, Appropriations Coordination Act, there is appropriated from
             14      the General Fund to the Department of Public Safety $300,000 for fiscal year 1999-2000, to be
             15      applied solely to the Investigations Division's enforcement of controlled substance precursor and
             16      clandestine drug lab laws, as authorized under Sections 58-37c-21 and 58-37d-9 respectively.
