APPROPRIATION FOR WORLD WAR II

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $79,000 TO THE OFFICE
7 OF VETERANS AFFAIRS AS UTAH'S DONATION TO THE WORLD WAR II VETERAN'S
8 MONUMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 Except as provided in H.B. 4, Appropriations Coordination Act, there is appropriated from
13 the General Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000, $79,000 to the Office of Veterans Affairs, Department
14 of Community and Economic Development for Utah's donation to the World War II memorial to
15 be constructed in Washington, D.C.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.
