5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $100,000 TO THE
6 ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR THE CHILDREN'S JUSTICE AND FAMILY
7 SUPPORT CENTER OF SOUTHEASTERN UTAH; PROVIDING THAT THE FUNDS BE
8 NONLAPSING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) Except as provided in H.B. 4, Appropriations Coordination Act, there is appropriated
13 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000, $100,000 to the Attorney General for the
14 Children's Justice and Family Support Center of Southeastern Utah.
15 (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that this appropriation shall be used as directed in Title
16 67, Chapter 5b, The Children's Justice Center Program, for the Children's Justice and Family
17 Support Center of Southeastern Utah.
18 (3) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
19 Section 2. Effective date.
20 This act takes effect on July 1, 1999.
