UTAH INJURED WORKER REEMPLOYMENT

6 AN ACT RELATING TO LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT AND SUNSET ACT; EXTENDING
7 SUNSET DATE FOR UTAH INJURED WORKER REEMPLOYMENT ACT; AND MAKING
8 TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.
9 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
10 AMENDS:
11 63-55-234, as enacted by Chapter 375, Laws of Utah 1997
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Section 63-55-234 is amended to read:
14 63-55-234. Repeal dates, Title 34 and 34A.
15 Title 34A, Chapter 8, Utah Injured Worker Reemployment Act, is repealed July 1, [1999]
16 2009.
