Olsen, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 125, COUNTY OPTION SALES AND USE TAX FOR AGRICULTURAL LAND, OPEN LAND, AND INFILL DEVELOPMENT with the following amendments:
1.    Page 5, Lines 122 - 125:    Delete lines 122 - 125.
2.    Page 5, Line 126:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(2)"
