    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 166, DAYTIME ARREST DEFINED, by Representative P. Buckner, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.     Page 1, Line 24:    After "Subsection (1)" delete "," and insert ": (a)"

2.     Page 1, Line 25:    After "p.m." insert ";and (b) nighttime hours are the hours after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m."
