    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 309, INDIVIDUAL AND CORPORATE INCOME TAX CREDITS FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSING, by Representative D. Jones, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 34:    After "taxpayer" insert "for a taxable year"

2.    Page 2, Line 51:    After "sponsor" delete "issues" and insert "is allowed"
