    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 338, RESTRICTIONS ON POLITICAL ACTIVITIES OF CERTAIN PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, by Representative N. Hansen, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 18:    After "occurring" delete ":"

2.    Page 1, Line 19:    At the beginning of line 19 delete "(i)"

3.    Page 1, Line 20:    After "entity" delete "; and" and insert a period

4.    Page 1, Lines 21-22:    Delete lines 21 and 22

5.    Page 1, Line 26:    After "issue, or" delete "another" and insert "any other"
