    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 371, UTAH CONSTRUCTION TRADE LICENSING ACT EXEMPTION, by Representative C. Bennion, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 28:    After "building" insert ": (a)"

2.    Page 2, Line 28:    After "one" insert "residential"

3.    Page 2, Line 32:    After "chapter;" insert "or"

4.    Page 2, Line 32:    After line 32 insert:
        "(b) structures on their property for their own noncommercial, nonpublic use which are incidental to a residential structure on the property, including sheds, carports, or detached garages;"
