    The Education Committee recommends S.B. 80, HIGHER EDUCATION FACULTY, by Senator R. Evans, be replaced and favorably recommends 2nd Sub. S.B. 80, HIGHER EDUCATION FACULTY with the following amendments:

1. Page 1, Line 22:    After line 22 insert:
        "(2) As used in this section, full-time faculty includes full-time staff."
2. Page 1, Line 23:    Delete "(2)" and insert "(3)"
