Mr. President:

    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 210, DIVORCE LAW - ALIMONY AMENDMENTS, by Senator T. Spencer, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 3. Line 62:    Reinstate line 62 and move to after line 67.

         Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.

2.    Page 3, Line 67:    After "payor spouse" insert "or allowing the payor spouse to attend school during the marriage"

3.    Page 4, Line 100:    After "five years" insert "if there are no children of the marriage"

4.    Page 4, Line 101:    After "to the court" insert "at the time of the divorce"
