Senator Poulton proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 58: After "curriculum" insert "as defined in Subsection 53A-1-602(2)"
2. Page 3, Line 59: After Line 59 insert:
"(4) The testing program shall be implemented in such a manner as to determine progress over the course of the year and require testing at the beginning and at the conclusion of the school year."
3. Page 4, Line 92: After "district" delete "and" and after "school" insert ", and grade"
