Senator Hillyard proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 39: After "evidenced by" delete the rest of the line and insert "an oath of affirmation to the clerk;"
2. Page 2, Line 40: Delete line 40.
3. Page 2, Line 43: After "evidenced by" delete the rest of the line and insert "an oath of affirmation to the clerk; or"
4 Page 2, Line 44: Delete line 44.
5. Page 2, Line 46: After "consent" insert "and provide proof of guardianship by court order as well as an oath of affirmation"
6. Page 2, Line 47: After "female is" bracket "under 16" and insert "15"
