Representative Brown proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 50:    After Line 50 insert:
        "(d) "Public land" means land that is owned by:
        (i) the state; or
        (ii) the federal government."

2.    Page 2, Line 51:    At the beginning of Line 51 delete "(d)" and insert "(e)"

3.    Page 2, Line 52:    At the beginning of Line 52 delete "(e)" and insert "(f)"

4.    Page 3, Line 58:    After "chapter," delete "a" and insert "if not more than 80% of the land within a county is public land, the"
