2.    Page 1, Line 24a
    Lilac 2-8-99:    Delete "the payment is" and delete "$5,500,000," and insert "$22,000,000"

3.    Page 2, Line 29:    After "in addition to" delete "the first" and delete" payment" and insert "payments"
