    Lilac, dated 2-12-99:    After " COMMITTEE AND" insert ", with the exception of its Board of Ethics, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee," and after "any" remove the brackets and reinsert "other"

2.    Page 4, Line 99
    Lilac, dated 2-18-99:    After "records" insert a "."

3.    Page 4, Line 100
    Lilac, dated 2-18-99:    Delete line 100

4.    Page 4, Line 101
    Lilac, dated 2-18-99:    Delete "Act."

5.    Page 4, Line 101e
    Lilac, dated 2-18-99    After " SESSION." insert "On or before July 1, 1999, the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 shall report regarding the public access procedures it has established pursuant to this subsection (2)(f), to the Legislative Management Committee and to the Olympic Coordination Committee created pursuant to Section 63A-10-109. "
