Representative Arent proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 142:    Delete ", as of November"

2.    Page 5, Line 143:    Delete "23, 1998,"

3.    Page 5, Lines 145-147:    After the period delete the rest of the line and delete lines 145 through 147 and insert:
        "Where Part 2 instructs that a term be given the same definition as that term is given in the Master Settlement Agreement, the definition shall be that set forth in the Master Settlement Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time."
