1.    Page 8, Line 225:    Delete "total completion" and insert "payment or performance by the contractor or subcontractor"

2.    Page 9, Line 250:    After "or the public agency," insert "as retention proceeds,"

3.    Page 9, Line 261:    After "occupancy" insert "or final acceptance notice"

4.    Page 9, Line 265:    Delete "or"

5.    Page 9, Line 268:    Delete "." and insert "; or (d) the date the contractor accepts the final pay quantities."
