Senator Steele proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 9, Line 308: After line 308 insert: "It is the intent of the Legislature that any loss of federal funding due to the failure to address the provisions of Sections 8 and 15 of 1st Substitute S.B.191, regarding mandatory petitions for termination of parental rights, be taken from the administration category of the Division of Child and Family Services' fiscal year 2001 budget."
