Senator Poulton proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 11: After the "DATABASE;" insert "CLARIFYING WHEN A PERSON'S CONDUCT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT;"
2. Page 1, Line 21: After line 21 insert:
" 30-3-5.2, as last amended by Chapters 79 and 318, Laws of Utah 1996"
3. Page 2, Line 28: After line 28 insert:
"Section 1. Section 30-3-5.2 is amended to read:
30-3-5.2. Allegations of child abuse or child sexual abuse -- Investigation.
When, in any divorce proceeding or upon a request for modification of a divorce decree, an allegation of child abuse or child sexual abuse is made, implicating either party, the court [
