Senator Lyle W. Hillyard proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 21:    Bracket "1/2%"

2.    Page 1, Line 21:    After "Section 59-2-102" insert:
        "as follows:
        Calendar Year Uniform Fee
         2000 0.4%
         2001 0.3%
        2002 and all
        subsequent years 0.2%"

3.    Page 2, Line 50:    After "ultralight," insert "helicopter,"

4.    Page 3, Line 60:    After line 60 insert:
        "(d) Aircraft which are registered under this chapter for less than a full calendar year shall be charged a registration fee which is reduced in proportion to the fraction of the calendar year during which the aircraft is registered in this state."
