1. Page 2, Line 50: After "employees" reinstate the remainder of line 50
2. Page 2, Line 51: Reinstate "not resolved by the grievance procedure at the division or departmental level" and insert a period and delete "regarding"
3. Page 2, Lines 52-56: Delete lines 52 through 56
