Senator HELLEWELL proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 49:    Delete "or" and after line 49 insert:
        "(iii) a competent medical opinion from a physician verifies that the amount of drugs or alcohol in the employee's system would not support a finding that the conduct described in Subsections (2)(b)(i) through (iii) was the major contributing cause of the employee's injury; or"

2.    Page 2, Line 50:    Delete "(iii)" and insert "(iv)"
