1. Page 1, Line 26: After "section" insert ": (a) collected by the Highway Patrol Division"
2. Page 1, Line 27: After "Program" insert "; and (b) collected by the Driver's License Division shall be deposited into the Department of Public Safety Restricted Account created in Section 53-3-106"
